About the Role

Are you passionate about innovation and new product development? Join our Innovation team as an intern and help leading brands develop breakthrough products and services. In this remote internship, you'll support innovation projects from opportunity identification through concept testing. You'll gain exposure to design thinking, consumer research, and innovation strategy while working on real projects for Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Support innovation research and opportunity identification
•Assist in facilitating ideation workshops and brainstorming sessions
•Help develop and refine product/service concepts
•Conduct secondary research on market trends and emerging technologies
•Prepare concept testing materials and analyze results
•Create presentations and visual concept boards
•Contribute to innovation frameworks and methodologies

Qualifications

•Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Design, Innovation, or related field
•Passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving
•Strong research and analytical capabilities
•Creative thinking with attention to detail
•Proficiency in presentation software and design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar a plus)
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks
